In a real place, on a real day.02Where will this behavior live?Give it an address: the meeting, the tool, the hour, the doorway.03What currently makes the old behavior easier?Cue, shortcut, incentive, social cover.04What happens if they don’t do it?A review, a visible miss, a redo. It cannot be silence.05How will we know it happened?A field signal — not a survey of confidence.06What remains when we are no longer present?The structure that still stands after the speech is over.
